Spirit Orcas: Strait of Georgia

As part of their training for the English Channel, the Spirit Orcas will complete a swim across the Strait of Georgia from Sechelt to Nanaimo. They hope to make this attempt in the summer of 2021.

Great Bear Swim and Haida Gwaii

Through her swims Susan has developed a deep connection to the water. She has slowly been swimming her way through Heiltsuk waters in the Great Bear Rainforest - the largest coastal temperate rainforest in the world and more recently Haida Gwaii.

As Susan shares her stories of her swims she highlights the need for conservation and is now offering swim camps.
