Please join coach Susan and Spirit Orcas in our efforts to support our Al Ferraby as he runs the Oak Bay Half in support of CFAX Santa’s Anonymous, a Victoria based charity that helps local children year round. You can view some of the grants they provide kids programs here. They are doing some pretty incredible work to help keep our community strong!
While Al is training for and running 21km, Susan and the Spirit Orcas will be dipping around town. On the final day, Spirit Orcas Drew and Aly, and Coach Susan will swim 21km at Thetis Lake. This will be the first time for this distance for Aly and Drew – they have bee training really hard for the swim. The swim is expected to take 8 hours. Our hope is that others will join us, and when they do, donate $21 to CFAX Santa’s Anonymous.
